Pawsync ships with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS for our deliveries. 


Processing Orders & Shipping

As a result of high order volume, our order processing and shipping may be delayed. We are also unable to fulfill any expedited shipping or pickup requests. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work our hardest to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Area

Free shipping is offered through Pawsync.com for the contiguous United States (48 states), excluding Alaska and Puerto Rico. Pawsync.com doesn't ship directly to Hawaii or internationally, but our products are available on the Amazon store in Hawaii, Europe, and Canada.

Undeliverable Packages

Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Pawsync as an undeliverable package. If this occurs, please contact us at support@pawsync.com to make arrangements for reshipment.


Canceled Orders

We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Please notify our customer service to cancel orders before 2:00 pm PST/PDT on the same day the order was placed by contacting support@pawsync.com. Make sure to include your order number when requesting an order cancellation
