Disassembling the Pet Feeder
This pet feeder’s disassembly and maintenance is quick and simple.Â
What to use
Use kibble that is 4–15 mm and dried, mixed, freeze dried, or air dried.Â
What not to use
Don’t use wet, canned, or moist food, or kibbles outside the 4–15 mm size range.Â
Hit the sweet spot
Make sure the food level is between the Min and Max fill lines.
The feeder tank, lid, agitator, distributor, distributor cover, and stainless-steel bowl can be removed and cleaned with soap and water, then air dried. DO NOT get the scale and/or feeder base wet.
Press and hold the the WiFi/Zero button for 5 seconds to connect the pet feeder to the Pawsync app. Please see the in-app instructions for more information.
Yes, you can connect multiple pet feeders to the app. If you'd like to track the food intake of multiple pets, we advise placing the pet feeders in separate areas.
Yes, you will need 2.4 GHz WiFi to connect the pet feeder to the Pawsync app.
The kibble must be between 4–15 mm in size. The pet feeder is only intended for use with dry food. Do not use wet, canned, or moist food.
You can record a meal call message on the Pawsync app up to 10 seconds long. The message will play when your pet's meal is dispensed.
The Pawsync app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
No, the Smart Pet Feeder will only pair with the Pawsync app. It will not pair with the VeSync app.
